Unopened Products

Changed your mind? No problem. Return your unopened MUJO gummies within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Product must be in original condition and packaging.

Opened Products

Tried it and not feeling it? If you have used the product and are not satisfied with your experience, reach out to us within 30 days. We review these on a case by case basis and will find a fair solution.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, we replace it or refund you in full. No return needed, just send us a photo.

How it works

Email us at kk@hermujo.com with your order number. We respond within 24 hours. Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we confirm the return.
